What You'll Do
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
- Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meals, hydration, and patient comfort needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care
- Follow all safety, infection prevention, and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification preferred but not required
- 16+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to safely assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning patients
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
