Compensation & Benefits
• $95,000-$140,000 annually, depending on experience
• Up to $25,000 Sign-On Bonus with a two-year commitment

What You'll Do
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services for patients across the lifespan.
• Develop treatment goals focused on restoring function, reducing pain, improving mobility, and maximizing independence.
• Supervise and collaborate with the Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Promote a culture of patient safety, quality improvement, and outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Montana Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Current BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
